ORDER:

M/s. Touchstone Advertising (P) Limited. in the reference 3rd cited, has submitted bill for an amount of Rs.3,41,887/- towards arranging publication of the APTRANSCO e-Tender Notice in various Daily Newspapers. The bill has been verified with reference to the APTRANSCO release orders and with reference to the approved rates of DIPR, Government of Andhra Pradesh and found correct as indicated in the annexure.

2. In exercise of the powers conferred in B.P. (P&G) Ms. No. 97 Dt. 12-8-96 read with Office Order. No. Addl. Secy./DIR/AS(Reg.)/PO-I(2)/409/98-3,dt.18-2-99 the Chairman & Managing Director/APTRANSCO hereby accords sanction for an amount of Rs.2,94,023/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Ninety Four Thousand and Twenty Three Only) (duly deducting 14% discount towards P.R. & Communication charges from the bill amount Rs.3,41,887/- while arranging payment) M/s. Touchstone Advertising (P) Limited, Plot # 31 (8-2-622/1/1/A3), Classic Emerald, Beside HSBC, Road No.10, Banjara Hills, Hyderbad-034, in full settlement of their bill as indicated in the annexure appended to this T.O.O.

3. The Accounts Officer/CPR/AP Transco, Hyderabad is requested to arrange payment of the amount sanctioned in Para 2 above to M/s. Touchstone Advertising (P) Limited, Plot # 31 (8-2-622/1/1/A3), Classic Emerald, Beside HSBC, Road No.10, Banjara Hills, Hyderbad-034.

4. The expenditure sanctioned in Para 2 above is debitable to the Head of Account No. “76-155-5a

5. These orders are issued with the concurrence of Director (Finance & Revenue)/ AP Transco vide Regd .No.4243,dt:05-11-13.
