General Information

Dress/Attire:Hat, gloves, whip, apron and jacket are compulsory. Presentation is not marked, however more formal dress is expected.

Singles/Multiples:Willhaveseparateclassesateachlevel.

Champion:There will be a Champion and Reserve Champion at each level.

Awards:Ribbons or rosettes willbe awarded to 1st thru 3rd place overall in each Class. Champion and Reserve Champion Ribbons or Rosettes will be awarded at each level.

ConditionsofEntry

Championship Qualifying: - Each Season - ALL horses/combinations in multiples MUST havecompeted/completed a minimum of two graded dressage competitions, comprising of two tests at each event,to qualify for the Championships.

1HorsesmayonlycompeteattheChampionshipsintheir gradedlevel. Grading is taken as at the date of close of entries.

2Any helmets/protective headgear suitable for equestrian sport worn at this event must be securely fastened and conform to the ACDS requirements.

3AlldriversmustbemembersoftheACDS and ALL Horses MUST be ACDS Registered as at 1 January 2015).

4Alldriversmustdrivebothtests at their graded level (as listed in this schedule).

5Subject to Organising Committee approval, driversmaydrivemore than one qualified combination,inthesameclass

6Grooms: OptionalforSingles. Multiples must have the appropriate number of grooms. Junior drivers must have a suitably qualified groom.

7TheChampionateachlevel is thecompetitorwiththehighestaggregategainedfromthetwotests driven.

8Viceroys are permittedinGraded Driven Dressage however no passengers are permitted unless it has a correctly fitted double seat.(Breeching optional for Viceroys).

9It is the responsibility of each competitor to inspect their vehicle and equipment to ensure that it is safe to proceed with the day’s activities.

10SafetyRulesmustbeadheredto. Juniorsmustwear approved helmetsatalltimeswhilston acarriage.

11Competitors areawareofandagreetopaythe current excessthatappliestoanyinsuranceclaim thatmay arisefrom theirparticipationinthisevent.

12Theorganisershavetherighttoalteranyadvertisedtimes,refuseanyentrywithorwithoutstating thereason orre-allocateacompetitortotheappropriate class.
