a) Circular - Please remember to give your Club Chairman and Leader a copy of the Circular.
Please either read out the Circular at your meetings or put it on the notice board so ALL members know what
is going on in the County and Districts. It’s also on the website.
b) Lottery Registration: The County is registered under the Gambling Act 2005 on behalf of all our Clubs.
We are registered with Eden District Council and our registration number is L103.
If you use our name you must send me details of how much you made, spent on prizes etc. If anyone had
a raffle in 2011can they please let us know the details.
c) Levies: - All levies should be paid NOW.
d) Membership Cards – all members MUST have a card to be covered by our insurance.
