Call To Order:
Pat Griffin, President, called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.
Homeowner’s Comments:
Lot 106:Prospective home buyer (Sterling) of Lot 106 wanted a setback encroachment variance from CAT 9 HOA. Adjoining homeowner of Lot 107 (Heindel) conditionally consented to the variance as long as there was no future development in the setback area. The Board approved the setback variance. The prospective buyers indicated they would enclose the propane tank and pool filter equipment with materials/paint that will match the materials/paint used on the house.
Lot 110Homeowner wants to install solar panels on his roof. The Board approved the installation of solar panels.

Month of December 2011.
We have a Total Current Equity Position of $68617.02. The financial reports were accepted as presented.

Diane Frank presented the Registrar’s Report. The report was accepted as presented.

Elizabeth Dane who was assisting Diane in this area resigned and we are looking for someone to take over this responsibility.

Fred Fiasto presented an inquiry by La Encantada Shopping Center to develop a program, which would use CAT 9 for a walking program that would be used by the customers/employees of the shopping center. The Board was not interested in pursuing this program and directed Fred Fiastro to relay this position to La Encantada.
Other:
Golder Ranch Fire District-Joyce Leissring was appointed as the liaison between CAT 9 and ongoing discussions regarding Golder Ranch/Rural Metro. The CAT 9 Board is against the Golder Ranch proposal and is interested in maintaining the status quo with Rural Metro.
