- Carnegie looks pretty good.
- They are not going to water as much as they would like to.
- Trying to decide for fertilizer—doesn’t want to buy it if its going to die any way. Wants to buy a spreader so that we can do our own spending. He doesn’t want to spend a lot of money for the fields.
- It would cost 450.00 to fertilize all of Carnegie and then 250.00 for the spreader. Ed will find out when it is being watered.
- We are good til the end of June. Just needs to pull the permits. OVO, LeGette, the Old Fair Oaks; it will be about 40.00.

- Also need bags for them.
- Found a goal welding couple.
- A Parent offered to do it for free. Jason took his number.
- Phoenix takes care of the goals; we just need to tell them which ones need welding.
- Programs
Recreational – Tony Launey
- Twin Lakes donation went
- Financial aid is needed. They should submit a letter for board review.
- Send people to Julie. Julie should make a list, they need to send a letter to the board, and then the board approves it.
- Julie needs to be the official go-to person for these requests. It might make it easier to get the info first hand instead of from a bunch a different people.
- is an option, but someone will need to check this email.
- Play-ups: 15 or so play-up requests. Kim will put the play-up form on the website.
- Still working on a banner

- Asst. Manager Report – Bruce Glass
- His team practiced for the first time and the locker was unlocked at Carnegie. We need to make sure that people lock the lockers.
- We need to change the combination; too many kids know the combination.
L. Manager’s Report – Jon Holmes
- Steve transitioning out makes it very important to really understand what we are as a club and what is comp within our club.
- We need to tighten things up.
- Jon has concerns about teams just wanting to play under us so they can play US Club soccer. We need to think about how feel about that.
- We need to protect the integrity of the club.
- We need some standards for teams doing that.
- We need to maintain a community based club.
- It would be ideal to have options for players who want and are good enough to play year around. Best case scenario is to have one of each available for the players.
- We are not designed to be a year around club. We need to establish a process for the teams who want to play year around.
- Teams need to get some kind of approval for year around.
- Teams will be expected to protect the club with professionalism.
- We must respect our by-laws.
- Jon has some concerns with CYSA. US Club might be the way to go?
- Should we survey the comp coaches to see what everyone wants?
- Would need all the board members to write a framework.
- Need to grow the rec program to feed the comp program.
- Kim will try to get a hold of Marcy; we need to send an email blast.
- More trainings available. Goalie training will come available.
- Have a mentoring program for coaches.
