Graph on Demand
This feature allows you to re-graph any data that is seen in the standard report and to have that graph saved with the monthly report. To access this feature click on any item, either a word (row heading) or a number (column value), in the standard report table. Another window will popup where you can adjust the graph. The row or column you choose will determine the data to be graphed. Selecting a row allows for re-graphing based on the subgroups of the rows in the report. Selecting a column allows for re-graphing based on the date range selected.
CSV Download / Download Spreadsheet
The ability to download reports as Comma Separated Values (CSV) is provided in all Automated Reports and the Home Page. To do this, first click on the link "Download comma delimited format: CSV" which appears at the bottom of all HTML reports. You should then see the report in CSV format. Next, click on the link "Download Spreadsheet". This will download the report in CSV format. Please see our FAQ for more information.
In the top right corner of the report you're viewing there's a link "Download Spreadsheet", this has the same functionality as "Download comma delimited format: CSV"
Printer Friendly Reports
To print an html report, use the "Printable Version" link in the top right corner of your screen.

Each of the reports can be added to your "favorite reports". The "favorite reports" section appears in the left menu on the home page and allows for easy access to your reports.

All usernames start with the capital letter representing the type of report, i.e. 'I' for Institutions and 'C' for Consortia. Passwords are always numeric and do not contain any letters, spaces or special characters. The easiest way to use your username and password is to copy and paste (control + c; control + v) the values from the notification email into the login prompt.
Overview
Kluwer provides reports to consortia and to individual institutions. See the description below. If you're in a institution, please proceed here.
