Welcome to sixth grade earth science! We will learn all about the exciting, extraordinary, and generous earth. In Earth Science, students will also learn the importance of safety procedures and laboratory procedures to help them become the most successful scientists.

Materials Needed for Class Everyday

- Pencil or Pen- Science Notebook

- Notebook Paper- Homework when assigned

Science Fair

Each student will be participating in the science fair so be thinking about a project to do. The due date for that will be October 26.

Classroom Expectations

In order for our science class to run smoothly I ask that all students conduct themselves in a manner that will support a positive learning environment. In order to achieve this I closely follow the WJMS Discipline Plan.

Textbook: Students will have access to textbooks in the classroom. The textbook is also available online through under “Student Web-Links.”
