I wrote a lot of articles on leadership and one on teams. Read from the bottom of this email up and you will know what to do. These articles on leadership are for menu item J. Change that menu item to read just "Leadership". Then the items that will go in this Leadership section, in order, are these articles from this email (except the last one on teams which should be put in menu item K in the articles section), some quotes I am going to send you which should have a note on that section of the site saying that the quotes are changed every month, a bibliography on leadership reading which I need to update before sending you and last, but not least the Leadership Program from the K&A site. That is the first link on the home page menu on the K&A site, excluding the sublink for alumni which you can ignore. I don't know what is involved moving this. I would prefer to just copy it and leave the original as is on the K&A site for now if that is not more work.. I realize it will look different on the EE site because background and frame and color are different, but other than that, on the EE site I want the same content including pictures and look and feel. There are some text changes I want to make, but too hard to describe so plan to do those on your laptop on Fri.
As to the link to Rick's site mentioned below, it goes in section K under the subheading Links. Also please go the links section of the K&A site and copy the logo/link for hbr and indicate when you put it on the EE links site that it is Harvard Business Review Journal, Books and Articles. Also copy the Amazon. COM link for use also on the EE links section and go to Barnesand Noble.com and figure out how to get link and logo for them to put on EE links site. Also, on our rollover menu section of EE, the last link should be one to home page of that site and it should come after the contact me one. Thanks, Marie

I'd be happy to help.
I think the easiest way to transfer the files, and we should try it first, is for you (or whoever is creating the html) should download the actual file from my site into your program. I use dreamweaver and it works with my software. That way all formatting of the file convert to the specifications of your html software. It would then be easy to modify the heading and the borders. If that doesn't work I'll try e-mailing them to you but they will be dreamweaver files and will be looking for the template I use. I have attached one to test the process.
