This is a minimum list to get started – CHOOSE FROM OIL OR ACRYLIC LISTS

·  OIL AND ACRYLIC SUPPLIES:

o  2B and5B Pencils

o  Sketchbook: 5" x 7"

o  Erasers: Kneaded and White Vinyl

o  Palette: choose one of the following:

§  1. First class

§  Masters Sealable Palette (optional)

§  1/4" glass palette to fit inside Masters Palette with one corner cut off +/- 1 inch (optional)

§  Glass Paint Scraper-for glass palette (optional)

§  2. Least materials to buy

§  Palette paper, gray 12x16, glued down on three sides

o  Canvas Boards: 2-3: 9X12 OR 11x14

o  METAL Palette Knives – Liquitex metal knife nos 1 and 6

o  Brushes (for Oil or Acrylic) – Princeton 5200 series or similar

§  2 BRIGHT NOS 2, 4, and 8; and

§  2 FILBERT NO 4 (optional)

o  Color Wheel (12") – (optional)

o  Roll of Paper Towelsor napkins

o  Plastic Shopping Bags

o  Gasketed metal with clamps Brush Cleaning Tank

o  Solvent: Gamsol by Gamblin - no turpentine allowed

Winsor & Newton Artguard - to protect hands (optional)

o  Paint colors ** (Windsor & Newton, Lukas, M Graham, or Gamblin): Titanium White, Ultramarine Blue, Vermillion (or Cadmium Red Light), Cadmium Lemon Yellow

·  ACRYLIC SUPPLIES:

o  2 Quart Plastic Container for Water

o  Liquitex High Gloss Varnish Vernis Ultra Brilliant

o  Paint colors ** (Liquitex Heavy Body, Golden, or M Graham): Titanium White, Ultramarine Blue, Cadmium Red Light, Cadmium Yellow Lemon
