General Information
The updated Article 60 guidelines/applications/deadlines have been posted on the HRSB Website. Major changes include an increase for conferences from $1000 to $1100 and the ability for teachers to apply for consideration of reimbursement for courses other than those sanctioned by a university or college.

Update

The Article 60 PD Committee met on February 27, March 6 and April 3 to make decisions on Full Year Study Leaves, Conference Applications, In-service Promotion Grants, Course Grants and to pre-approve course grants. Successful Conference Grant Applicants are listed online. The following information stems from this meeting:

Conference Grants:

March- 70 applications

62 applications approved

April- 63 applications

61 applications approved

Upcoming Deadline Dates:

September 30, 2013
*Conference funding must be pre-approved by the PD Committee prior to attending a conference.
*The end date of the conference/workshop must take place at least 10 working days AFTER the application deadline.

*Applications not meeting this timeline would be considered late and funding denied.
