ADULT GARDEN
GARDEN PRODUCTS
Please enter vegetables into correct classes, as they will be judged according to the characteristics of the specific class. DO NOT wash potatoes or squash. Use a wool cloth to clean the soil from the surface. Onions must be dried and ready for storage. Peeling too much of the outer shell off will be discounted. Pumpkins can be washed but not polished with wax or oils. Uniformity, size and trueness to type and condition gain the highest points on the judge’s card. Resalable, edible quality will also account for points. Carrots must have 1” tops. All tomatoes must have Calex Attached (1” stem).

ENTRY INFORMATION
Entrant must be a current exhibitor of the Belleville Agricultural Society fee: $6.00. Exhibitors may pick up prize money Sunday, September 6th after the fair.
Competition is open to any cheese-makerin Canada. Cheese must be at grading temperature at time of judging. All cheese may be wrapped in “Canada” or plain wrapper. Cheese in all classes may be coloured or white. Exhibits may be placed on Wednesday, September 2ndfrom 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Thursday, September 3rd from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m.
JUDGING will take place on Thursday, September 3rd, 2015 at 10:30 a.m.
