Officers Present: Rick Rosa, Joy Marzolf, Uma Mirani, Kate Apse, Al Bozza, Charlie Benoit, Dan Sprague, Shawn Cormier,Jim Carrrozza, and Steve Whitford

Upcoming Speakers:
February - Holly & Vin speaking about lobsters
-Holly and Vin cannot except money for presentation due to mandatory outreach and education requirements. Board voted to donate money toward the Cotting School.
March - Bill/NeAq, waiting to hear back from him and aquarium staff.
April - Andy Martinez

Officer Meeting:
This meeting will be held at Julia's house on March 3rd
Membership Value/Press Packages:
Membership information and packages will be needed for the Fred Show and the GAFC event.
Membership information was placed in the Winter Newsletter
Sea Rovers:
March 6th
Only Cotting School information will be presented at the event.
Table will include:
-Biography on Frank Scali and the Cotting School
-Sign up sheet for people to get additional information and how they can help.
-Graphics will be presented
-4th year with the Cotting School
-Thoughts on putting together pictures taken of the check ceremony throughout the years
Dinner Plans are in the works
Possible locations include: Joses, Marriott, and Joes American Bar and Grill
Make reservation for 30, first come first serve
Cotting School additional items
-Looking into the club receiving the school's newsletter, this will keep us informed
-On the Cotting school's website page, under donations there isa link to the NEADC
-February 26th Cotting School basketball game

February 27th, 10a-3p
Booth will include: Newsletters, Memberships, Cotting School information, banner, and vertical displays
Space is limited - Flat table display only

June/July - Harpoon, private or semi-private tasting @ 5:30p
