PLEASE NOTE:

  • INSQA reserves the right to conduct a site visit to verify Learner achievement of the qualification, in line with its Assessment and Moderation policy.
  • INSETA reserves the right to contact Learners to verify payment of stipends.
  • A portfolio of evidence should be compiled for each Learner and made available for inspection by INSQA on the day of Verification visit.
  • If the required evidence requested above is not attached, or if all the required information is not provided, your report will be regarded as incomplete and you will be notified of the same.
  • No incomplete Progress Reports will be evaluated.

No payment will be made if:

  • The reports are not submitted to INSETA.
  • The reports submitted are incomplete.
  • Proof of payment of Learners’ Stipends is not attached (Where the Learnership is funded by INSETA).
  • The learners dispute payment of stipend.
  • The learner placement report (addendum to this report) is not submitted by the employer.
  • Learner credits are not loaded on the Seta Management System for certification purposes.
