There is now a social media portion of the code of conduct form for youth and volunteers, and Jackie K. reminded us that she has removed volunteers for social media behavior. Jackie K. determines what is considered abusive behavior on social media. Advisors must complete a code of conduct each year and be finger printed every four years. Ground rules for Saddle Horse meetings will be: everyone has a turn to speak, be respectful with words and tone, we are here to build others up, and stay on task and keep time in mind. There is a committee report form which will be available on the website for committees to use. Motions by committees do not need a second because they have already been discussed at length in committee meetings. Committee reports must be submitted to executive before the meeting so they will be on the agenda.
