Note：

  1. Benxi Beidi Bridge contract comprises two parts, overpass railway and Taizi river, but the construction was changedby some objective factors including the Shendan high speed railway construction and enterprise resettlement, after the agreement with WB, the Beidi Bridge contractonly includes overpass railway part funded by WB,and overpass Taizi river part was changed to construct by municipal government’s own fund. it also caused remain WB loan of 10 million US dollar. In order to use loan fully before closing and based on communication between PMOs and project manager, it determined to use the remain loan for restartingsome projects-Yingbin Road, Digong Road and Jiefang North Road, which are into the procurement plan of PAD ,but as lacking of money, they could not be procuredat that time. The restart projects in this procurement plan are in line with the principle of FS, EMP and RAP under LMCIP
  2. The remaining loan also includes the road maintenance equipment procurement which are shortage in Benxi City.
  3. The technical evaluation report is approved by WB on 19 Nov,2012, it expected to submit the evaluation report and draft contract in the middle of December.
  4. Based on communication between WB and LUCRPO, it determined to use the remaining fund of consultant service to implement the fourth round public participation for the foundation of ICR.
