RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Event can start no sooner than 7 a.m. and must finish by 11 p.m.
- Move in/set up day is 16 hours or no earlier than 3 p.m. the day priorto the contracted start date. Do Not Assume you can come in early.
- Charges for the facility commence the day of occupancy and are assessed for each day of use. Arrival and departure dates must be previously arranged with the management if outside of set rental time parameters.
- All vehicles must be kept in designated parking areas. Trailers may be pulled to stalls to load and unload only.
- All aisles and roadways around barns must be kept open at all times to provide a fire lane. Owners will be asked to move vehicles or risk towing and/or fines.
- Only licensed vehicles with licensed operator will be permitted on park roadways. Golf carts and mopeds are permitted if operated in a safe manner.
- All pets must be kept on a maximum 6' leash at all times and are the owner's responsibility. This is a County Ordinance. NO PETS are allowed in any office at any time.
- No alcoholic beverages allowed on premises without prior written consent from the Hall County Board of Commissioners and facility management.
- No recreational vehicles or trailers will be allowed to hook-up to electrical outlets in the stall barn areas. Hook ups must be in a designated RV hook-up only.
- Gas, electric or propane heaters, propane tanks, hot plates, AC window units, refrigerators and microwaves are prohibited in stall areas at all times. This is to protect the stalls from fire and circuit overload.
- No driving stakes or pins into the floor of the barns.

- All electrical extension cords must be twelve- (12) gauge, three (3) wire and prong negative ground type.
- All manure and used shavings removed from stalls or trailers must be placed in specified areas; not in garbage cans.
- Posters, flyers, and other printed materials shall not be stapled on any building. They may be posted on designated bulletin boards only.
- No smoking in any buildings, rest rooms, under arena cover, around any arena, or stable areas. Throwing butts on the ground will result in forfeiture of deposit. Show managers should disseminate this information.
- The user will maintain clean facilities and grounds during scheduled events, byplacing litter in trash receptacles for removal by facility personnel. This specifically includes the bleachers and barns/stalls. There will be a clean-up fee equal to the deposit for violation.
- Show Management is responsible for verifying Negative Coggins on every horse.
- Invoice for facility usage will be issued at the completion of the event and all fees are due at that time. All keys will be turned in at this time also.
- These rules and regulations, coupled with a signed copy of the Rental Agreement, comprise the contract between Lessor and Lessee.
- Stalls mandatory for all horses/llamas at all events/shows. 1 Horse per Stall Cattle either has to be stalled or penned in a designated area.
- No glass beverage containers allowed in or around arenas or barns.
