Terms and Conditions
1. This promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 years except employees of Genting Casinos UK Limited, and their families, agents and agencies connected and anyone else connected with this promotion who are precluded from all participation.
2. Entrants must be signed up to our Genting Rewards loyalty programme. If the customer is not already a Genting Rewards Member, they must become one in order to enter. No purchase necessary.
3. Entrants must collect a prize draw ticket from the Rewards Kiosk between 00:01 on 20th September 2017 and 23:59 on 3rd October 2017 and are entitled to one prize draw ticket per trading day.
4. Prize draw tickets must be deposited in the Prize Draw box situated at the Cash Desk.
5. The prizes are: 1st prize £500 Cash, 2nd prize £500 Cash, 3rd prize £500 Cash.
6. The prize draw will be made in the casino on the 3rd October 2017 with 3 prize draws at 9pm, 11pm and 1am. Entries into the prize draw will close at 23.59 pm.
7. Winners must be present in this casino at the time of the draw to claim their prize. Any person whose name is called out as a winner and who is not present at the draw will forfeit the prize and a new ticket will be drawn.
8. The full name and county of all major prize winners will be available on request.
9. Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or not covered by the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, the decision of the Casino Management will be final subject to the Dispute Policy
10. Entry into the promotion is deemed to signify acceptance of the rules.
11. The promoter or participating casino may refuse to accept any prize draw ticket, at its discretion if it appears to be defective, tampered with, misprinted, damaged or defaced, forged or reconstructed.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion if, in its absolute discretion, it considers it necessary to do so, save that the Promoter shall not exercise this right unreasonably.

14. The prize is non-transferable.
15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability to you for:-
• Technical issues, or other problems encountered with voting or entry, including but not limited to non-availability of any network or interface, nor Cancellation of entries, late entries, or cancellation or substitution of prizes;
16. Any personal data provided by, and relating to, the Entrants will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's consent.
17. Personal data relating to Entrants will be retained by the Promoter for a reasonable period after the Competition closes to assist the Promoter to operate competitions in a consistent manner and to deal with any queries on the Competition.
18. The winner MUST agree to take part in reasonable publicity.
19. This promotion and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
