TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation. The reservation will not be considered confirmed until the required deposit has been paid.

2. The 50% balance must be paid immediately after the function.

3. We are not responsible for the quality and safety of food and drinks brought in by the client, guests and/or other caterers/suppliers.

4. We are not responsible for shortfalls in food, drinks or service should the actual number of guests go beyond the contracted number.

5. In case the actual number of guests is less than the guaranteed minimum, the client pays for the minimum guaranteed number of guests.

6. The Caterer's services allow FOUR (4) HOURS FROM THE SPECIFICED START TIME indicated by the client, excluding preparation time. After this four hour period, the client pays an additional fee of P1,000/hour or fraction of an hour to cover for manpower overtime expenses.

7. For functions held at Sweet Inspirations restaurant, a CORKAGE FEE of P300 for every food or bottle brought in will be charged.

8. For functions that require a LECHON CHOPPER, the client pays an additional P250.

9. Cancellations of a confirmed reservation made ONE (1) day before the event shall be charged a 10% cancellation fee based on total contract prcie. Cancellations made on the day of the event itself shall be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
