· Wish List
· Meg Smith had great trouble contacting Epson regarding the document cameras but finally she was given the name of four suppliers. Unfortunately they would only recommend cameras costing around $1300 or $3500. Meg knows of a school currently using a document camera and is she going to contact them to find the brand and cost etc. She will then purchase one on-line as a trial and see how it goes.

· Sausage Sizzle
· Term 2 fundraiser will be a sausage sizzle held on 6/6/14 in conjunction with a walkathon.
· Professional Cleaning of Canteen
· Beth O’Doherty suggested the canteen should have a professional top to bottom clean. All P & F members agreed and told her to go ahead and get quotes.

· Hot X Buns
· Another reminder will be sent home as there hasn’t been a great response as yet.
· Fundraising Calendar
· A reminder of what is happening in term 2 will appear in the bulletin at the beginning of the term.
· Bunnings BBQ
· The BBQ made a profit of around $1100. Negative feedback was given regarding the frozen onions being tasteless and they made the hotplate cold when they were placed on the BBQ. Next time it was suggested we use fresh onions.
· Easter Raffle
· Another reminder will be sent home asking for eggs to be donated. Lisa Bartley said she has had some new helpers put their names down to help make up the Easter baskets.
