Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm

Job Purpose: / The post holder will play a key role in maintaining Footprints Women’s Centre day to day financial transactions.
Reports to: / Finance Manager
Main Duties: / · E-banking duties to include:
Ø Monitoring and recording daily financial transactions
· Maintaining Footprints Trading Ltd accounts on SAGE 50 accounts package to include:
Ø Accurate maintenance of Purchase and Sales Ledgers
Ø Credit Control Duties
Ø Profit & Loss Reports
Ø Bank Reconciliations
· Excel duties to include:
Ø Cheque Journal Analysis by Cost Centre
Ø Monitoring Cash Flow
Ø Bank Reconciliations
· Cash handling duties to include:
Ø Bank Lodgements
· To liaise with key workers regarding company procurement process
· To ensure invoices are reconciled with supplier statements and creditors are paid within agreed terms
· To deal with correspondence and telephone enquiries effectively and efficiently
· To maintain the Finance filing systems
· To provide clerical support as required including occasional reception duties
· To participate in supervision, meetings and training as and when required
· To undertake any other reasonable tasks and duties which may be required from time to time
It is anticipated that the post holder will have access to transport in order to fulfil the full remit of duties this post which will include making bank lodgements etc
