Clock Work Self Registration (Accommodations Request/Renewl) for Registered Students

Hello,

Welcome to the Disability Resource Center’s new online student services portal Clockwork. With the implementation of Clockwork, you will be able to begin the registration process, self-register for registered students, and make appointments in our office by simply going to the online student services portal. This walkthrough will guide new students to begin the registration process. Please have the following items available:

  1. Student N#-Note: Individuals without an assigned N# will not be able to use the student online services portal.

Once you ready to begin, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Log on to MyWings, click student tab, and then click Clockwork under My Records. You will need to log on the Central Authentication Service (CAS) with your n# and password. This will take you to the DRCOnline Student Services portal.

Step 2: Click theSelf-Registration image. This will take you to Request for Accommodations.

Step 3: Click “Accommodations button”

Step 4: You will see a list of the classes you are registered for, click request.

Step 5: Click on any of the refresh buttons.

Step 6: You will be taken to the page with your accommodations and courses to request.

Step 7: Click on all your accommodations and classes boxes. If you need to change any accommodations, click on “I need additional accommodations” and leave a brief description of the accommodation needed. If you are happy with your accommodations click “My accommodations are correct the way they are”.

Step 8: Click the box “I agree to the terms outlined above” and then click the Submit button.

Step 9: You will be returned to the Courses page from before and you will see pending as the status. The DRC will let you know by email when your request has been approved.
