How to order a Manual:

  1. Please look at the appendix and search for the short description/the file name of the manual you want to order. Please copy/paste the description into the suitable field(s) of the order sheet.
  2. Write down the Ident-Number of your Service Agreement, or – if not yet done – order such a contract first. Without a Service Agreement we do not deliver manuals. We also will deliver to the mail-address of the Service Agreement only.
  3. Please decide if you like to get the manual per email (free of charge) or if you like to get a printed version by normal mail(Cost of 50,00 Euro+VAT).
  4. For the printed version:
    Please calculate the price of each manual, the VAT and the total amount.
    Using payment in advance please transfer the money to our account
