MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB

Works together with the BSS leader of the relevant Country Function in driving efficiencies and productivity improvements by exploiting existing solutions and processes for both Finance and HR functions

Management
·  Support demands’ business/value case creation
·  Ensure all functional solutions (processes & systems) comply with local legal requirements
·  Support Regional Manager IT Ops with the resolution of major CRISIS or complex issues and Departmental Managers in activating contingency plans Responsible to provide the business impact on the service disruption reports and to ensure the corrective actions are identified
·  Participate in the Departmental COBRA meetings with functional key users / ·  Good understanding of BSS strategy
·  Ability to resolve problems

Business/Financial
·  Support relevant business function to realize the demands’ value.
·  Exploit solutions by supporting in-country Post Implementation Reviews to identify new opportunities / implementation gaps and realize them
·  Responsible for functional end users’ satisfaction Provide local processes & solutions expertise in the BUs Continuity / Contingency Plan maintenance & lead testing.
·  Propose areas of improvements and support their implementation (score cards )
·  Lead the new Releases’ testing process / ·  Good understanding & appreciation of general business practices at Coca Cola Hellenic

FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS

Ø  Fluency in English (verbal and written communication).

Ø  Must have an excellent knowledge and work experience of SAP

Ø  Must have experience of Finance areas.

Ø  Ideally, within Finance, an experience within Controlling, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Pricing, Masterdata

Ø  Ideally, within HR, experience in HR systems, Payroll

Ø  Good Knowledge of Microsoft office applications especially Excel

Ø  Ideally, experience with CCH process and systems solutions

Ø  Ideally, Experience of working in a shared service environment and working cross functionally

Ø  University degree in Business Administration, Information Systems Management or any other relevant field Up to 20% travel anticipated within the BSS cluster
