  1. Delegate registration: 1.1Delegates who wish to present at the Forum, MineVenture session or MineTech competition must complete registration before 22 September 2017. 1.2 Delegates wishing to attend the Forum without presentation must register before 6October 2017.
  2. Delegate registrationterms: 2.1Master class delegate fee includes admission to all master class sessions; hand-outs; luncheon; coffees; use of simultaneous translation (Russian and English). 2.2.Forum delegate fee includes admission to all forum sessions; admission to drinks reception; conference bag with the Forum materials; luncheons, coffees; use of simultaneous translation (Russian and English);online access to post-event Forum materials.
    2.3Delegates who have selected presentation option must submit before 15 Septembercompleted speaker form with photo, short bio and the synopsis of the presentation. In addition to the standard delegate terms the fee includes presentation in selected event (subject to approval of the organising committee), the use of Audio-Visual and translation equipment, Simultaneous translation of the presentation to Russian, publication of the presentation slides in MINEX Forum CD handouts and post-event materials; presenter’s photo and short bio listing in the Forum catalogue and website.
  3. Gala Dinner fee: Includes unreserved seat at a dinner table;entertainment program during the dinner.
  4. Exhibitor registration: Exhibitor registration closes on 22September 2017. Exhibitors who wish to present at the Forum, MineVenture session or MineTech must complete registration before 15 September 2017.
  5. Exhibitor terms: 5.1Exhibition booth hire starts from 7 am on 11October and end at 6 pm on 12October 2017. 5.2 The exhibition booth hire includes monochrome company name print in English on the front panel, hire of 0.7 m table, 2 chairs, 2 spotlights & access 220 V electricity point.5.3. Additional equipment and furniture could be hired at extra cost (please enquire). 5.4All exhibitors (excluding poster presenters) are entitled to their profile and logo listing on the Forum website and Catalogue. 5.5 All exhibitors (excluding poster presenters) are entitled to a complimentary presentation at the Forum, MineVenture session or MineTech. 5.6All exhibitors (excluding poster presenters) are entitled to 50% discount for purchasing additional delegate tickets.5.7 The Exhibitor Option 1 includeshire of a booth (2 m length x 2 m depth x 2.5 m height) and 2 admission passes to the Forum and Gala Dinner. The Exhibitor Option 2 includeshire of a booth (3 m length x 2 m depth x 2.5 m height) and 3 admission passes to the Forum and Gala Dinner. The Exhibitor Option 3 includeshire of a booth (4 m length x 2 m depth x 2.5 m height), complimentary advertising page in the Forum Catalogue and 4 admission passes to the Forum and Gala Dinner. 5.8Tabletop exhibitor option includes hire of a table, chair and small area for a mobile exhibition stand (maximum width up to 1.3 m and height up to 2.5 m), one admission pass to the Forum and Gala Dinner. 5.9 Panel hire includes hire of one panel (1 m wide x 2 m high) from 7 am on 11 October and end at 6 pm on 12 October 2017 The hire excludes admission to the Forum and poster production.
  6. Advertising:All advertisements and inserts must be submitted before 22 September 2017in accordance with the technical specifications (please enquire).
  7. Payment:Delegate and exhibitor fees can be paid bydebit or credit card (via PayPal) or by Bank Transfer.
  8. Discounts:Pay before 16 February 2017 - 15% discount * Pay before 1 June 2017 - 10% discount
  9. Admission:Forum organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to delegates or exhibitors who have failed to pay the fee prior to the Forum.
  10. Cancellation: Cancellations submitted in writing to before 1October 2017 will be subject to 10% administration fee. No refunds will be made after 1October 2017. At the discretion of the Forumorganisers a credit note can be issued in case of cancellation received after 1October 2017.
