Schedule: Warm-ups begin at 7:30 am with the session starting at 8:30 am.
Facilities: Indoor 6 lane, 25-yard pool, non-turbulent lane lines. The meet uses aColorado timing system. Results will be posted continuously throughout themeet. A seeding area with a Clerk-of-Course will be used. Due to construction, we do not know where this will be located.

Eligibility: This meet is open to all teams participating in the C&P League, or any other YMCA team competing in the winter short course season. Any other teams wishing to participate will be up to the meet manager’s discretion. Use birthday as of December 1, 2016.
Rules: USASWIMMING/MD SAFETY GUIDELINES AND WARM-UP PROCEDURESWILL BE IN EFFECT FOR THE ENTIRE MEET.

Entry Information: Times: Entry times must be in short course yards. “No Time (NT)” entries areacceptable. Swimmers may enter up to three (3) individual events plus two (2) relays. Fees:$6.00 per individual event, $20.00 per relay.
All entries must be received by 6:00 PM on January16, 2017.

All entries must be submitted either by email using Hytek’s file electronically ora computer disks using Hy-Tek’s software with a hard copy printout included. Payment for all email files must be received by January15, 2017 at 6PM. As soon asthe files have been received through email, HFY will consider themofficial. However, if payment is not forwarded by January 16, 2017, HFY reserve theright to reseed swimmers from other teams. Teams entering with less than 10swimmers can submit written entries on computer entry forms or via email.
Deck seeds and deck registrations will be permitted and the fee is $10.00 to bepaid before swimmer may compete.
The Meet Director reserves the right to limit entries.
Awards: Ribbonswill be awarded to 1st – 6rd place for each event.
Results: Meet results will be posted on line @ An electroniccopy of results will be provided to all teams who send entries or supply the jumpdrive at the meet. Results will be emailed to all teams 24 - 48 hours after the meet
has been completed. Hard copies are available on request and will be mailed uponrequest.
Concessions: Programs, food and a full line of swimming apparel will be on sale throughoutthe meet. A vendor will be in attendance for the meet.
Directions:
From West: Proceed east on Business Route 50 (do not take the new bypass) tolight at Beaglin Park Dr. Turn Right onto Beaglin Park Dr. Proceed to fourthlight (Schumaker Dr.) (Firehouse is on the corner.) Turn right onto SchumakerDr. Proceed ½ mile. MDY is on the right.
Coming from North: : via Route 13, going south on Route 13, just past Zita’sRestaurant and Arby’s, take Route 13 by-pass (signs to Norfolk), not business 13.Follow Route 13 to Route 50. Take Route 50 West towards Salisbury. After
Phillip Morris Drive, take the next possible left turn onto Beaglin Park Drive.Proceed to the YMCA as noted above.
Coming from South: going north on Route 13, just before Fruitland take Route13 by-pass (signs to Dover), not business 13. Follow Route 13 to Route 50.Take Route 50 West towards Salisbury. After Phillip Morris Drive, take the nextpossible left turn onto Beaglin Park Drive. Proceed to the YMCA as noted above.
