Do you know who an early man is?
They were the first people on our planet- E _ R _ H.
What did early man eat?
Early humans ate whatever he thought was edible – like seeds, berries, roots and nuts.
They ate fish and ants, broke open bones and skulls and ate the marrow inside for nutrition. They also ate birds and bird eggs.
All of this was eaten RAW – Like the way you sometimes eat Raw Carrots or Cucumber
He then invented FIRE
HOW?
Early man used flint stones to light fire through their sparks.
Why did they do that?
Cooking using fire increases the nutritive value of many foods and makes edible some that would otherwise be inedible.
First cooking method was Roasting over an open fire
After Roasting came
Boiling
Then came, different methods of Cooking.
(1) Baking
The word baking usually refers to the cooking of foods made from a batter or dough
