Presentation Format
The LeadingAge Oregon Annual Meeting offers several time slots of concurrent educational sessions that are 1.25 to 1.5 hours each. In addition, presenters who have information to share but don’t think it will fill a full time slot are welcome to submit a proposal to be part of a panel. Presenters are encouraged to use audio-visual materials; handouts are mandatory.
We seek presentations that enable participants to share and learn from one another. To create a rich, engaging learning experience, sessions should incorporate interactive educational methods and provide take-home resources to the fullest extent possible.
LeadingAge Oregon may seek modifications to a proposal before a final decision is made, and presenters may be asked to combine elements of their presentations with other related proposals.
