Wasilla High School Student Bulletin October 6, 2016

All freshmen who submitted student government paper work to please meet in Mr. Dexter’s room for the first few minutes of first lunch.

The Wasilla High Thespian Society is holding auditions for their December production of Deathtrap, a thriller in two acts. There are two opportunities to audition: Tuesday, October 11 at 2:30 or Thursday, October 13 at 2:30. Auditions will be held in the theatre. No previous acting experience or prepared performances are necessary. Come and try out. If you have any questions, see Mr. Joehnk in Rm. 157 (next to the woodshop).

Mat-Su Valley Bowling Program, 9-12 grades, get scholarships through this program, meets Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s at North Bowl from 3:30-4:30.

Sophomores and Juniors can now sign up for the PSAT. The PSAT will be held on October 19th, please sign up in the counseling office as soon as possible. $15 fee must be paid at sign-up. Fees must be paid by October 17th.

NHS is sponsoring a blood drive on Wednesday October 12th. Students 16 and older stop by the library for more information! Sign-up is first come, first serve based on completed paperwork! Get your paperwork in early to get a slot!

Juniors and Seniors are invited to meet with the University of Northern Colorado on Thursday October 13th during 3rd period. Please stop by the counseling office to sign up and get a pass for the meeting.

Senior pictures are due to Ms. Showman by Friday, November 18. If you need a Chieftain Staff member to take your photo contact Ms. Showman in room 218.
