Provided that he shall pmytt and suffer the said Wm Lownd during his lief and after his deathe the wyef of the said Willm Lownd during her Widdowhood to occupie the one of the said mess and the moytie of the Resydew of the pmsses with the Appurtnnce which now are in the tenure of the said Willm Lownd And so the said Thomas is admitted
