1.  Welcome to Central Bible Baptist Church

2.  Opening Announcements

a.  Attendance at City Council meetings – Susan is taking sign ups

b.  Please submit photos to use on the web site.

c.  Report property violations to help improve the neighborhood

d.  CERT Training is Nov 7-9 through the Fire Department

e.  Integration of Cleveland Heights presentation – Main Library, Oct. 21

3.  US Together is hosting a Welcome Center at Noble Library on Tuesdays. Volunteers

are needed.

4.  Broken Windows concept observes that taking care of small details significantly impacts overall safety. Do report suspicious behavior to police. Do report property violations to the Housing and Building inspection departments. This all contributes to raising the standards of behavior and maintenance in our neighborhood.

5.  Carol Roe is seeking to fill the City Council position that will soon be vacated by Janine Boyd’s presumed election as our State congress

6.  Brenda briefly discussed expanding the leadership of Noble Neighbors

7.  Amy Jenkins of the Senior Center presented information about Senior Center opportunities, programs and services

8.  Real Estate Fair on April 26, 2015 – Gretta Ryan, Jeff Coryell, Brenda May

Introduction of effort to boost real estate sales in the Noble area

A group was formed to consider ideas about how to create an event that will attract visitors to our neighborhood that day.

  1. Seniors – with Amy Jenkins of the Senior Center and Wesley Walker of Home Repair Resource Center
  2. Beautification – Noble-Monticello perennial garden planning
  3. Real Estate Fair brainstorming
  4. Mark Rodney of US Together answered questions about the Welcome Center
