Welcome to the Benefits Online Website

This website, containing full details about your benefits coverage,will permanently replace the Benefits Online booklet.You can access this website from any computer that has internet access –NAV CANADA network connection is not required.

In order to help you better navigate the site we have prepared a quick site overview.

To access details of your benefits planselect your profile from the drop down box on the landing page:

  1. Represented Employee,
  2. Management Employee,
  3. Represented Retiree (who retired prior to January 1, 2010),
  4. Represented Retiree (who retired on or after January 1, 2010), or
  5. Management Retiree.

Once you select your profile you will be brought to that profile’shome page.On the home page you will see icons by coverage type, the top menu tabs and a Resources Menu along the left side of page.

Icons

To review coverage specific information click on the icon on the home page that pertains to the information you are looking for (e.g.: if you are looking for eyeglass coverage, click on the Vision/eye icon). Information in each section is broken down in five subsections, where applicable: What’s Covered, Eligible Expenses, Making a Claim, FAQ and Exclusions. These subsections are located on the left side of the screen. Navigate through these sections to see the relevant information.

Top Menu Tabs

The top menu is where you will find information on eligibility, life events (marriage, birth of a child, retiring etc.) and benefit premiums. You will find recent updates on your benefits coverage under the Benefits News tab - please visit the Benefits News section regularly to get important news and reminders that may affect your benefits coverage.

Resources Menu

Under the resources tab, you will find contact information, links to benefits related forms as well as a glossary of terms used frequently throughout the site.

Search

The site offers a new search feature that allows you to quickly search for a specific term rather than searching manually through the site.

To return to the home page click on the Home icon on the top left of the screen.
