A home inspection is an important part of any residential real estate transaction. It is your right to pick a home inspector of your choice to inspect the property to your satisfaction. To assist you in your selection, below are three recommended home inspectors, as well as a disclosure of the nature of any relationship that may exist between the inspector and the agent referring you to the inspector.
You do not have to retain any of these inspectors, and you are welcome to hire an inspector who is not on this list. It is entirely your choice as to whom you retain.
