Expository Project

(Explain what the following expository samples look like and what details need to be in them)

· Get into groups of two or three

· In each station you will have to complete a task

· Be creative/Decorate your piece

· Add as many detail as possible

· Use your computers for resources and reference.

· Station one: You will be making a magazine cover with another page explaining the cover.(2)

· Station two: You will be making a catalogue of your choice (cover) and a page explaining it. Along with order slip! (3 pages)

· Station three: You will be making a newsletter with two pages of information. (school)

· Station four: You will be making a pamphlet

· Station five: You will be making instructions (of how to build or cook something)

I have not giving you a set of directions to what needs to be on these expository pieces, but have guided you. Moreover, you do have the sources of your laptop to look up examples of these expository samples. Also, we all know what the above stations look like.
