2. Muniicpal/town administration authority has delivered to the electoral committee:
1) a ballot box,
2) two sets of partitions to ensure secrecy of voting,
3) two sprays for marking the voter’s finger,
4) two UV lamps,
5) a bag for storing the election material,
6) writing accessories,
7) accessories for the sealing of the ballot box and other election material (the seal and sealing wax),
8) envelopes for disposal of voting ballots,
9) forms of certificates of the electoral right to vote outside the polling place,
10) authorizations for the observers to monitor the electoral committees’ work,
11) form for record-keeping of the presence of members and alternate members of an electoral committee in permanent composition at the polling place,
12) form of record-keeping of the presence of members and alternate members of an electoral committee in expanded composition at the polling place.
NOTE: Reserves for sub-items 3) and 4) of item 2 of this Record will be located at the administrative seat of the municipality/town and, if and when necessary, may be obtained against a receipt during the voting.
3. The Electoral Committee has received the election materials referred to in sub-items 1) through 12) of point 1 and sub-point 1) through 12) of point 2 of of this Record, with the exception of the election material referred to in sub-item ______.
