CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Players can only enter in one event and must be under the relevant age on day of the tournament

·  Closing date for entries 12th Dec 2016

Entry Fee of 15.00 must accompany each entry form. No refunds will be given after the closing date.

Cheques payable to ILT&SC

·  Players must be under the specified age on the day of the tournament

·  All competitors are required to referee matches straight after their own match, failure to do so may lead to disqualification.

·  All players should be available for play from 9,00am Tuesday 20th December 2016.

·  Competitors must report to tournament desk at least 15 minutes before their scheduled start time. All players not reporting or unavailable to play at the appropriate time of their scheduled match start time are libel to be scratched.

·  The ESR code of conduct shall apply

·  Players must wear eye protection for all matches

The organisers, sponsors or the Club are not under any liability whatsoever in respect of personal injury, loss or damage that may be sustained during the Tournament.
