TEST 2 STUDY QUESTION/TAKE HOME EXAM

You have a choice regarding your second assignment.
Option (1): You can write the test in class next Thursday morning, May 23, from 9-11. The test will have exactly the structure as your first test and will consist of three sections. In the first section, you will be asked to do some ‘fill in the blank’ questions. In Section 2, you will have to answer two ‘short answer’ questions (of a paragraph or two each). The third section will require you to write one long essay of approximately five pages, double-spaced. The questions provided below will help you prepare for that essay. Two of the three questions provided below will appear on your test, and you will have to answer one of them. Your long essay must be written as an essay paying attention to spelling, grammar, and logical and coherent flow of your ideas. The test will cover all material covered since the first test., i.e, Chapters 3, 4, 6, and 11as well as the film, Orgasm, Inc.
Option (2): You can write a take home exam that must be passed in no later than 11 am next Thursday, May 23. For the take home, you must answer two of the three questions below using the instructions given above in option 1 for Section 3. Though you may study with others, your test must be your own work.
1.Using material from class discussion and the section of Chapter 4 dealing with Leiser’s discussion of homosexuality and the ‘Unnaturalness Argument’, explain and critically evaluate thefollowing argument:
(1) Homosexuality is an unnatural act.
(2) All unnatural acts are immoral.

Therefore, Homosexuality is immoral.
2. Write a critical essay regarding same sex marriage arguing either that we should or we should allow it. Your essay must argue for its position using material from class discussion and relevant course reading assignments.
3.Using material from class discussion, Chapter 11, and the film Orgasm, Inc., critically discuss the construction of the diseases erectile dysfunction and female sexual dysfunction.
