NOTICE INVITING TENDER

The General Manager Telecom District, Bhubaneswar, Orissa invites wax sealed tender on behalf of CMD, BSNL for procurement of Computer consumables for use of different offices of GMTD, Bhubaneswar as per the following details.

The intending bidder should be able to supply computer consumables satisfying the following eligibility criteria:

1.A.Should be a reputed registered firm having office at Bhubaneswar/Cuttack

  1. Should have experience in supply of computer consumables as mentioned in Section ‘V’ of the tender paper for two financial years (2006-07 and 2007-08) at a strech for at least of Rs 20 Lakh to BSNL/MTNL/Govt Organisation/ Govt Undertaking.
  2. Should have minimum turn over of Rs 50 lakhs in last two financial years

(i.e 2006-07 and 2007-08).

  1. Should have been registered as a VAT dealer.
  1. Necessary proof in respect of A, B,C and D of above must be submitted along with the bid.
  1. In respect of ‘A’ above, proof may be any one of these i) Leased deal ii) Electric bill iii) Telephone bill iv)Firm registration certificate.
  2. In respect of ‘B’Certificate from an officer not below the rank of DGM or Equivalent as per Annexure ‘II’. Copy Purchase order will not be considered as proof of experience.
  3. In respect of ‘C’ for the purpose of turn over proof, Audited profit and loss account for the corresponding year has to be submitted.
  4. In respect of ‘D’ copy of registration certificate containing TIN has to be submitted.

Non compliance of any or all of the above will make the bid non responsive and will be rejected.

The Tender form containing detailed specifications can be purchased from SDE (Computer), O/o GM Telecom District, Door Sanchar Bhavan, Unit-IX, Bhubaneswar-22 on written request on company’s letter pad on any working day mentioned as above between 1500-1700 hours after payment of the tender form cost (non-refundable) by way of demand draft, drawn in favour of A.O. (Cash), BSNL, O/o GMTD, Bhubaneswar, Orissa from any nationalized bank, payable at Bhubaneswar only. Tender form may be downloaded from the website and Rs 520/- in terms of Demand Draft to be submitted along with the bid documents.

The G.M. Telecom District , Bhubaneswar, Orissa reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason/s, either in part or full.
