Description
This activity provides students with an opportunity to evaluate other student instructor presentations to provide constructive feedback that identifies strengths and weaknesses of the teaching demonstration.

- Blank Psychomotor Teaching Demonstration Evaluation Form
- Sample Passing Student Instructor Psychomotor Teaching Demonstration Evaluation
- Sample Failing Student Instructor Psychomotor Teaching Demonstration Evaluation
Instructions
- Review the blank Psychomotor Student Teaching DemonstrationEvaluation Form.
- Review the Sample Passing Student Instructor PsychomotorTeaching Demonstration Evaluation form. Pay special attentionto the details of the remarks in each category.
- Review the Sample Failing Student Instructor PsychomotorTeaching Demonstration Evaluation form. Pay special attentionto the problem areas identified and how they were expressed.
- As the Primary Evaluator, you will present your findings (usingyour completed evaluation form) and then lead a classdiscussion on the student instructor’s performance.
- Be prepared to discuss your overall experience with the class.
- Submit your completed evaluation to your Primary Instructorwhen requested.
