To login to MyCoyote Self-Service web site:
1.Type your MyCoyote Identification in the Coyote ID text box
2.Type your Password in the Password text box

2.0 Navigating to the Faculty Center Self-Servicewebsite:
1.From the Employee Self-Service home page select the Faculty tab.

2.From the Faculty Self-Service home page, select the Faculty Center link to go to MyCoyote Faculty Center page.

3.0 Viewing class rosters:

1. If desired term is not displayed, select thechange term buton.

- Select the term from the list and then the Continue button.
3.Select the Class Roster icon to view your class roster for the selected term.

4.0 Editing and downloading class rosters:
On the MyCoyote Class Roster page, you can view the student enrollment status in various ways.
1.Select an enrollment status from the drop down list

You can download your class roster to an Excel file.

NOTE: The Class Roster download function is browser dependent. Please refer to the Browser Setting in the IE7 tutorial under General Information section to change your browser setting.
Windows Internet Explorer dialog box appears.
5.0 Sending Email to students:
You can email selected students by checking the Notify box for those students and selecting the Notify Selected Students button.

The Send Notifiaction page appears.

1. Select the Send Notification button to send e-mail.

6.0 Printing out class rosters:
