Break the Audience Into Groups of About Five Or Six Each

LEGION SCATTERGORIES

Instructions:

·  Break the audience into groups of about five or six each.

·  Give each group one sheet to fill out (see sample below).

·  Give a certain amount of time (10 minutes or so) for the groups to work on filling in their sheet. They should come up with one word or term for each category that begins with the letter at the top of the column. It is permissible to leave blanks.

·  Bring the groups together and go through each category and letter – have one person in each group give the answer from their sheet. If the answer is not acceptable, it should be crossed out. Any answer that is repeated by another group is crossed out by all groups who put that answer. Any answer that is acceptable and unique is circled.

·  The group with the most blocks circled at the end is the winner.
