2015 SUMMER CAMP INFORMATION

Eligible Campers

Camp CCLA is available to children and grandchildren of CCLA members ages 5 and up. Non-member guests will be allowed to register should there be availability.

Drop Off & Pick Up Locations:

Golf, Tennis, & Swim-Drop off time and location is 7:50 a.m. at the Golf Shop. Pick up time and location will be 3:00 p.m. at the Swimming Pool.

Golf only-Drop off time and location is 7:50 a.m. at the Golf Shop. Pick up time and location will be 10:00 a.m. at the Golf Shop.

Tennis & Swim Only- Drop off time and location is 10:20 a.m. at the Tennis Shop. Pick up time and location will be 3:00 p.m. at the Swimming Pool.

Supervision:

Camp CCLA has an all-adult staff, each of whom has a strong passion for working with children in a camp environment. It is the goal of our camp staff to make each and every camper feel welcome, safe and successful.You can be sure that your child’s director and counselors will be enthusiastic, creative, responsible and fun!

Dress Code:

Golf Camp:

Please have your athlete dressed in shorts and a short sleeve shirt. We also recommend plenty of sunscreen and light colored shirts to help with the warm temperatures.

Tennis & Swim Camp:

Tennis camp will require WHITE shorts and WHITE short sleeve shirt (either collared or t-shirt). A hat/cap or visor is highly recommended, as well as sunscreen. A swim suit and towel will be needed for swimming.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT

• This enrollment is not valid unless signed by a parent or guardian and returned to the Club.
• For the safety and general welfare of all campers, the CCLA reserves the right to dismiss a camper whose conduct or influence, in the opinion of the director, is detrimental to the best interests of the Camp.
• CCLA is not responsible for the loss of clothing, equipment, or other personal belongings.
• CCLA reserves the right to use photographs/videos of campers for promotional purposes, and the parent/guardian authorizes such use without compensation.
• With this application, permission is granted for the enrolled camper to participate in all activities.
• I hereby give CCLA permission to take my child to any hospital facility or outside doctor when deemed necessary. Furthermore, I hereby give permission to such hospital or outside doctor to authorize ex-rays and emergency treatment if deemed necessary. I understand that all medical bills are my responsibility.
• Participation in any CCLA activities and use of any recreational facilities involves a risk of accidental injury despite all safety precautions. I as parent or guardian of the participant named herein, assume all risks and hazards incidental to the activities, and release from responsibility and agree to indemnify and hold harmless CCLA, its officers, directors, independent contractors, and all employees for any illness or injury to me or my children or family members occurring during his/her participation in any camp activities, trips.

I have read the Terms of Agreement above and understand their terms and accept their conditions. In the event that one parent executes this Agreement, I acknowledge that I am also acting as the agent of the other parent with authority to enroll my child at a The Country Club of Louisiana day camp and to execute this agreement upon the representations herein made in accepting this enrollment.
