GCA Events
Dear Respected Members,
Hope you all are enjoying last days of summer.
We, the GCA Executive Committee, are very excited to table our cultural events.
Gujarati Cultural Association has been operating in Ottawa for 38 years and has given us the great opportunity to serve our Gujarati association and its members.
Our Gujarati Cultural Association has flourished and survived because of your support and commitment over all these years. We continue to do tremendous work in the community to promote our culture and heritage.
Navratri and Diwali are integral parts of our culture. Gujarati’s are proud to celebrate and participate in these festivities together.
This year your GCA executive committee is working very hard to bring you super team of garba troupe from Montreal. These professionals will provide full selection of garba melodies. One of the singers will be Kokilla Dutta. She will be arriving straight from Mumbai to sing Falguni Pathak garba for us this year.
Please come out and join us to celebrate Navratri nights at the EY centre on Oct 13 & 20.
We look forward to your presence at both of the Navratri nights. To purchase tickets, please visit our website. You will also be able to purchase general tickets from many of our community business partners. Their locations will be posted on our website soon!
To take advantage of the discounted ticket, we urge you to get a membership prior to purchasing Navratri tickets online.
Also, SAVE THE DATE OF NOVEMBER 17th FOR DIWALI DINNER. In our upcoming newsletters we will send more details for Diwali Dinner Table Reservation. Stay tune to more details shortly.
On behalf of Executive Team, we wish you all the best, success for back to school and May Goddess Saraswati bless you.
Thank you,
GCA Executive Committee
