BASIC RENTAL / $225.00 to be paid in full when reserving the hall. Guests may arrive one-half hour before time. All guests must vacate the premises upon conclusion of the event. Decorating and set-up is your responsibility and shall be done the day of your event; this may be done the day before, providing the hall is not in use. Plastic table covers are provided. Cooking facilities, serving and dining utensils are not provided.ADD. GUESTS / The basic charge is for one hundred (100) people. An additional charge of $50.00 is added for parties over one hundred (100) to cover for a second bartender.
OVERTIME / The basic charge of $225.00 is for five (5) hours. Additional hours are charged at a rate of $50.00 per hour plus $10.00 for each bartender
CLEAN UP / There is a $40.00 fee for cleaning the hall after a function.
A/C USAGE / If air conditioning is needed, a charge of $50.00 will be incurred.
CATERING/MUSIC / Catering and music is your choice. A discount of $40.00 is given if you choose to use the Fire Company's Ladies Auxiliary for catering.
ALL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES MUST BE PURCHASED AND DISPENSED
