It is informed to the general public especially to the residents /owners of the properties in the villages falling under the jurisdiction of Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh that as per the “Chandigarh Administration (errection and re-erection of Building) Rules, 2006” any person who intends to erect or re-erect any building in the 10 villages namely Attawa, Burail, Buterla, Badheri, Kajheri, Hallo Majra,
Dadumajra, Maloya, Palsora and Manimajra, will have to get the building plans sanctioned from the Building Plan Approval Committee of Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh. The Construction work executed in these villages without getting the plans sanctioned is liable to be demolished.
