Thank you for agreeing to participate as a vendor at the ATD Philadelphia Chapter Conference 2015. We’re pleased to welcome you as an event sponsor for this year’s program. The following information will assist you in preparing for your participation. It is very important you read, agree with, and return the requested information by the deadline dateof March 31, 2015. *Please keep in mind there are a limited number of vendor spaces and will be filled on a first come first serve basis.*

Exhibitor Reminders

Set-up Time:

Will take place on the morning of the event, Wednesday May 6thfrom 7:00am-8:00am. Please plan to arrive on time, and ready to set up your exhibit area. You will have a 8-foot clothed table with a chair.

Electric Access:

This access is included in your exhibit package; however, we highly recommend you bring your own power strip to ensure you have enough access to charge things accordingly.

Exhibit Ticket:

Please reference the package inclusion for the number of tickets included in your package. Additional Exhibitor Ticket Meals will be charged $90.00 each which will give you access to all food and beverage (breakfast, break, and lunch) for the day; however, no access to the session. These must be pre-purchased prior to event day.

Marketing at your Exhibit Table:

If you wish to provide marketing materials such as flyers, business cards, case studies, pens, and swag, consider providing approximately 200+ items. You must bring these with you during the exhibit set-up time. No shipping service is available.Also, please note: there are no copying services available on the day of the Conference.

Marketing collateral that takes up space outside of the six foot table that will be provided is not permitted. You will be asked to remove any materials outside of table banners, handouts, table top displays and marketing collateral of this nature.

Exhibitor Giveaway/Drawing:

The conference will encourage all attendees to visit with each exhibitor; however, it is highly suggested you offer a raffle prize from doing a drawing at your table. It helps you collect business cards, and, make connections. Most sponsors do provide a giveaway/s to further encourage stopping by to visit.
