Each vendor space at the Bazaar/Flea Market is $30.00. The Bazaar/Flea Market will be held on June 18, 2016 in the church parking lot, hours are 9am to 1pm. (Rain date will be August 13, 2016.) Vendors may begin setup at 8am, and must be cleaned up, packed and gone by 2pm. Under no circumstances is unsold merchandise to be left anywhere on church property, including trash receptacles.

Liability:

I agree to hold the Clinton A.M.E. Zion Church (acknowledged as CAMEZ Church in this agreement) harmless from any and all claims, loss or damage to my personal property, liabilities and costs, including attorney’s fees, as a result of my participation in this Activity, including travel to and from the Activity (including air travel) or any events incidental to this Activity. If the Clinton A.M.E. Zion Church incurs any of these types of expenses, I agree to reimburse the CAMEZ Church.

I have read this document, and I am signing it freely. I understand the legal consequences of signing this document, including (a) releasing CAMEZ Church from all liability, (b) waiving my right to sue CAMEZ Church, (c) and assuming all risks of participating in this Activity, including travel to and from the Activity (including air travel) or any events incidental to this Activity.

Activity Rules:

  • CAMEZ Church committee members reserves the right to dismiss any vendor from the grounds at their discretion.
  • The Committee shall determine the space to which vendor is assigned, and will make every effort to accommodate space requests, but that no requests can be guaranteed.
  • Vendor is responsible for providing their own shade, blankets, tables & chairs.
  • Under no circumstances is unsold merchandise to be left anywhere on church property, including trash receptacles
  • No dogs or other animals are allowed on the activity grounds. Also, animals should not be left in vendor’s vehicles throughout the day.The only exception are service dogs.
  • SALE OF OFFENSIVE or illegal materials is prohibited: sexually, politically, culturally, or spiritually offensive materials or clothing, knockoffs, weapons, knives (except cooking), firecrackers or poppers. Offenders will be dismissed from the grounds without refund at the discretion of the CAMEZ Church Committee.
