Reading Home Project :Diary of a Spider

*Students need to complete BOTH activities. They are due on Friday.

Vocabulary

Write sentences with your Reading Vocabulary Words:rotten, sticky, insects, scare, judge, screaming, dangerous, breeze. (Sentences should have a capital letter, punctuation, vocabulary word, make sense and have at least 7 words.)

Activity(Pick 1 of these or do both for extra credit)

  1. Pretend that you are a spider. Write a DIARY ENTRY telling about a typical day in your spider web. Make sure to include what you ate, if anything exciting happened, and anything else you would like to share.
  1. Pretend that you are an insect. Draw a map of your insect home. Be sure to include a map key for any symbols you use. Include all the thing that would make you feel comfortable in your insect home.
