Reading Home Project :Diary of a Spider
*Students need to complete BOTH activities. They are due on Friday.
Vocabulary
Write sentences with your Reading Vocabulary Words:rotten, sticky, insects, scare, judge, screaming, dangerous, breeze. (Sentences should have a capital letter, punctuation, vocabulary word, make sense and have at least 7 words.)
Activity(Pick 1 of these or do both for extra credit)
- Pretend that you are a spider. Write a DIARY ENTRY telling about a typical day in your spider web. Make sure to include what you ate, if anything exciting happened, and anything else you would like to share.
- Pretend that you are an insect. Draw a map of your insect home. Be sure to include a map key for any symbols you use. Include all the thing that would make you feel comfortable in your insect home.
