  1. Team should consist of one (1) goal-keeper and seven (7) field players.
  2. Unlimited roving substitutions are allowed during stoppages.
  3. The match will consist of two (2) halves of twenty (20) minutes each.
  4. Start and restart of play – normal rules, but with opponents at least 8m away from the ball.
  5. Ball in and out of play: Normal Rules apply
  6. The off-side rule IS NOT ENFORCED, but referees may instruct attacking players not to “CAMP”in the opposing goal area.
  7. Free-kicks – Normal Rules apply.
  8. Goal kicks and general goalkeeper distribution – goal-keeper may only throw the ball into the field of play during open play (in order to prevent long kicks out of hand on a shortened field). Normal goal kicks apply.
  9. Goal-keeper can play from his own goal.

Regulations:

  1. Recommended size is 45m X 60m. A half field can be used with width-ways, with a temporary touch-line marked with cones infield from the permanent goal posts, using the line of the 6yard box as a reference. This is so that players do not collide with the posts while playing wide. Therefore the touch-lines will be the full field halfway line and a line of cones 5m infield from the full-field by-line
  2. Penalty area should extend 12m from either side of the goal, and 12m into the field. This can marked with 4 cones is necessary, or clubs may elect to use a different colour line marking for these fields. Penalty spot should be 8m from the goal.
  3. Recommended goal size is 5.6m by 1.95m, however if new goals cannot be procured in time for 2015 season, clubs may use hockey goals or similar.
  4. Halfway line and penalty area to be lined or marked with cones.
  5. Size 4 ball to be used.
