Cllr Teare felt that as every councillor knew B Nicholson then a personal interest should be registered accepting the decision of EDDC in the matter.

4. Too large a development giving the appearance of over development
This was noted by the Committee.
135. Letter from Mrs Nankivell re 07/0619/FUL
Letter received re the above and to revisit the applications to ensure conformity of those decisions. The Committee decided to make a site visit.
Cllr Tirard, having declared a prejudicial interest, left the room whilst this matter was discussed.
136. Result of appeal – Oaktree Parks Ltd.
The appeals were dismissed and the East Devon District Council decision was upheld. Occupants have two years to find alternative permanent accommodation. They can of course refer the matter to the Local Government Ombudsman. The letter from Cllr Ash was read out and the Town Clerk was instructed to write to EDDC in support of her letter, with a copy being sent
