SUS+ DQ Dashboards and KPI Reports RegistrationSecondary Uses Service (SUS+) Data Quality Dashboards (DQDs) and KPI Reports are available to users from organisations delivering NHS-funded services to help monitor and drive improvements in the quality and completeness of their SUS+ data. They allow organisations to assess the data they have submitted to SUS+ toensure it is comprehensive and compliant with data standards.
Accessing the DQ Dashboards and KPI Reports
The DQ dashboards and KPI reports are hosted on the NHS Digital SharePoint Online(part of Microsoft Office 365) site ‘SUS+ Data Quality Dashboards and KPI Reports’
Users must complete the following form to start the registration process. The completed form should then be returned to , quoting‘SUS+ DQD and KPI Registration’ in theSubject of the email.
Successful applicants will receive an email inviting them to access the NHS Digital SharePoint Online site ‘SUS+ Data Quality Dashboards and KPI Reports’. The email will be titled ‘<name> wants to share SUS+ Data Quality Dashboards and KPI Reports’. You will need to click on the ‘Go To’ link in order to start your access. When this is clicked for the first time you must decide on the type of login that you wish to use:
Login Option 1. If you registered for access using an Office 365 email account given to you by your organisation you should choose the Organisational Account option and follow the on screen instructions.
Please note. If you have a work email address linked with a Microsoft account this must be used for registering your access to view the DQ Dashboards and KPI Reports.
Once you have logged in via this option, you will be taken to the SharePoint Online site ‘SUS+ Data Quality Dashboards and KPI Reports’ home page.
LoginOption 2. If you registered for access using an NHS domain email address or other organisational domain not linked to Microsoft you should click on theCreate a Microsoft Accountoption. This will start the process of creating a new Microsoft account that will be linked to your work email which you put on your registration form e.g. .
SharePoint will request to verify your workemail by sending a verification code to your work email address. Once the code is received, it should be entered as indicated on screen followed by clicking ‘Next’.
Once you have logged in via this option, you will be taken to the SharePoint Online site ‘SUS+ Data Quality Dashboards and KPI Reports’ home page.
Following registration all users will be added to the SUS+ DQD and KPI Reports monthly publication email mailing list.
Access for users from organisations not delivering NHS-funded services
Users from organisations not delivering NHS-funded servicescan also request access to the SUS+ DQDs and KPI Reports. Access can be providedwhilstthey are working with organisationsdelivering NHS-funded care to help them assess the quality of their submitted data in SUS+. Details of an NHS sponsor are required as part of the application process forthese users.
